Refund Policy

At Erovia, we hold every item to the same standard we'd want for ourselves — which is why, for health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any intimate product once its packaging has been opened.

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided original packaging and seals remain intact.

Damaged or defective items are covered in full — if something arrives compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Eroviaforyou@gmail.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-intimate items (accessories, apothecary goods, and gift sets not classified as intimate-use) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

To initiate any return, please contact us at Eroviaforyou@gmail.com with your order number. We are not able to process returns without prior authorization.
